Welcome to Mijawi Fashion Boutique.

A few years ago, the idea to start a fashion store was planted in my mind, and I wanted to create a place where migrant women could comfortably shop for high-quality and authentic fashion pieces for themselves and their children, without compromising their wallets. Unfortunately, life got in the way, and this dream could not become a reality until recently.

I love Jesus, fashion and food. I developed a fashion identity from a very young age. Growing up, my mum, being a fashionista, ensured that we were always properly dressed and wearing my favourite dress or outfit to Sunday service was the highlight of my week. Decent dressing was the norm back then.

Now an adult and a mum of a little girl, I have seen a huge shift in society regarding how young girls view, dress and carry themselves today, influenced by the fast-growing societal demands and social media, compared to the past. 

Mijawi Fashion Boutique was created with the sole mission to bring decent dressing back for Christian girls and women. It is named after my children and aims to provide an online safe place where Christian mums and their daughters can shop for beautiful, authentic yet affordable pieces that will allow them to express themselves and their love for fashion without compromising their values or desire to serve God Almighty.

As Christians, we believe that we are created in the image of God and our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, which means that they have to be taken care of with absolute care. At Mijawi Fashion Boutique, we help every woman and girl show up elegantly with confidence because confidence is the new sexy.
