Shipping and Payments
1. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your orders online using the following methods:

● Credit Card
● Bank Transfer
2. WHERE WE SHIP
We serve clients mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the order amount (net goods) and the destination (see tables below).
All our parcels are sent with DHL. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking code from DHL that you can use to track your order.
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this shipping time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are as follows:
- €6.45 - Sending a parcel to a home address
- €5.95 - Sending a parcel to a DHL Service Point
- Orders over €90 are shipped free of charge!

Please note: Mijawi Fashion Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays. From the moment your order is shipped, it is entirely in the hands of DHL. If the delivery time is unknown or if, for example, the package was delivered elsewhere, we cannot track its location. Only DHL has the correct information, as we cannot access that information. For orders where the track & trace status remains unchanged for 5 days or more, please contact us. We will then initiate an investigation.
